For arranging your mortgage we can be paid by a fee of 0.75% of the loan, with a minimum of £350. The fee is payable in two stages, £150 when the application is submitted to the lender and the balance upon completion. We will refund to you any commission we receive from the lender when your mortgage completes. Alternatively we can be paid commission from the lender.
